The Exchange participant have to be capable of manage and help students in the first steps of their universitary carreer.
The purpose of the program is to help, lead and support freshman students in order to have a well start in their college life.
The trainee will have also to do some marketing tasks and promo activity.
The trainee will have an experience in a friendly environment surrounded by students.
The Ep will have the chance to improve and help the growth of the association and to support freshman in the universitary ambience.

The intern will work in an Elementary and Middle School teaching lessons about Ecology and Sustainability in English.
The topic can be developed in various subtopics such as recycling, global warming, pollution, ecology organizations and green energy.
The intern will do lessons in class, both with other teachers present and alone in front of the class. The intern should make special effort in making his/her lessons interactive and creative, with presentations and activities that will include and attract the attention of very young students.
Intern's activity will also include sharing his/her culture and national traditions.
The intern will also support the teachers during their lessons both from the language side and from the subject side.
Whenever the school decides to have a showcasing event of the project in front of students, teachers and parents, the intern will apply in the realization of an output to present at such event.
Expected results:
The intern is expected to have an impact on the students, teaching them the importance of social topic, sharing his/her experience and culture, all of this increasing their level of English.

NUTRITION EDUCATION

The intern has to be friendly and proactive working with students ensuring a strong positive impact on the reality He\She will be working in.
He/she will work for 30 hours a week in a school in Naples. He/she will work with children between 6-10 years old.
The intern has to set, in collaboration with teacher, lessons and workshops to sensitize and educate students about the topic "Nutrition Education"
He\She has to collaborate with the school which will be the main responsible of the delivery of the initiative and also help teachers in teaching their subjects and in their activitiesThe intern will create different kind of activities: slides, art and projectwork, videos,song,theatrical activity and everything that can be needed to achieve the goal of creating awareness about the topic.
The intern has to set an innovative final event in which the students will take part as protagonists showing the experience.
The intern has to create activities ensuring the partecipation of all the students,making sure that the communication is effective and creating learning moments.

Required preparation:
The intern is expected to prepare the topic and the lessons in advance. AIESEC Milano will provide support and ideas about how to structure the topic but the intern is the final responsible of the content and of how to deliver it.
