Preparation of the seminars, trainings, speaking clubs for the project to start. Introduction seminars for school students, integration of them into the project society.
Stage I. (Grades 7 to 9):
Moderate work of school students in groups on socialproblems solving. Conduct a set of seminars with a space for discussion how to solve these problems.
Stage II. (Grades 10 to 11).
Introduction seminar on leadership understanding. Conduct trainings on project management. Moderate projects creation by school students.
Organize project presentations. Moderate discussions. Give feedbacks. Organize closing seminar for school students.
Sum up their work during the project. Make relevant conclusion.
Collect evaluation forms from project participants. Make analysis of the project and give inputs for the future projects.
Participate in all events, provided by the LC. (Speaking clubs, presentation, induction conferences for interns).
BUGARSKA-SOFIJA
GLOBAL CITIZEN: Social Entrepreneurship

In the project Global Citizen for Bulgarian Education: Entrepreneurship the volunteers are going to teach business basics on how to realize an idea from scratch.
They are also going to participate in various workshops by working with the students in the university.
It is expected to have motivated, responsible, open minded young volunteers that want to know other cultures and have interests in the entrepreneurship area.
Learning points:
By being part of the project, the volunteers will gain knowledge on how to start a business. What is more, they will interact with a different culture and with young ambitious Bulgarian students.
Development spaces:
Participating volunteers will develop a numerous set of soft skills like presentation skill, team work, leadership skills and more.

The interns will be working in a team (2 trainees) to develop and prepare sessions for the students on the subject of Childhood obesity.
The intern will deliver trainings in English on these topics, focusing:children obesity problem; basics of nutrition; physical exercise and sports; how to have a healthy lifestyle; the consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle in short and long term; the diversity of world gastronomy, sports and hobbies and how these is correlated with obesity and unhealthy children and people.
The intern will help the students to design, implement and evaluate projects that will not only raise awareness, but also have a direct positive impact on their school and family.The intern will receive trainings on facilitation, creativity & session planning, in order to be able to deliver the project.

The main duty of intern will be teaching English language during conversation classes, which will be focused on high school final exam topics.
Actively communicating with students through lessons, interactive workshops on topics and conversational games or activities.
First week will be preparation seminar. Preparing plan, lessons according to topics and interactive activities.
Actively helping with promo of the project and communicating with students who participating on projet also on the internet - interns can also share an ideas or organize some free time activities with them.
Participating on creating a final report of project, like writing story about interns staying here, taking photos, etc.

HEALTH CARE
Start -01.09.-13.10

First 5 days - integrational time, which include:
1.Integration seminar oriented to Russian culture, communication during internship, norms and facts according to workspace and conditions, expectations for both sides.
2. Get2know time with Local Committee.
3. Seminars about job description, mission of the project and measurement of success. During internship intern will also have LEAD blocks.
•Stage I. (Grades 7 to 9). Moderate work of school students in groups on social problems solving. Conduct a set of seminars with a space for discussion how to solve these problems.
•Stage II. (Grades 10 to 11). Introduction seminar on global environment problems. Conduct trainings on healthy lifestyle. Moderate physical activities of school students.

DANSKA-KOPENHAGEN
CULTURAL TEACHING
Start - 12.10-10.12.

Training/Facilitating cultural discussion on human rights, racism, and cultural integration with young students aged 15 to 17.
Live at the school for two months and try to facilitate that the students speak more English, both during classes but also outside of classes.
Create awareness about international issues. Challenge the students on their viewpoint regarding the issues in the discussion and other relevant world topics.
Get involved in sports or creative activities with the pupils.
Country presentation in the different schools in order to generate cultural discussion and awareness.
The interns must provide their viewpoints in the discussion as they relate to their external reality in their home country, their culture and their personal experience.
Learning points:
You will get involved in the Danish teaching culture. Develop an new cultural awareness of Northern Europe.
Challenge yourself to be proactive and take initiative by interacting with the Danish pupils.
The key learning points consist of facilitating and training skills. You will also learn how to work with young students and they will interact with them both during the discussions and at leisure time.

EDUCATE IN ACTION
Start - 10.10.-05.12

1) The intern's main duty will be active participation on after school activities or other subjects as an assistent of the teacher.
2) The intern will be actively involved in the program of the school club in the afternoon.
3) The intern should prepare and organize various activities and games for children aimed at learning English.
4) The intern should prepare a presentation of culture and traditions of his/her origin.
5 Leading some conversation classes.
Learning points:
Cultural awareness, International team work, Self awareness, Building confidence, Personal organisation & Time management, Leadership skills inside the team, Problem solving Presentation and Communication skills, Public speaking skills, Interactive teaching skills.

Required preparation:
1) The intern should prepare activities and games suitable for children aimed at improvement of their English.2) The intern should prepare the presentation of his/her culture, traditions and also bring traditional food and other traditional things. 3) Preparation of first classes at home.
